Paleo-Primal Recipe
An awesome paleo recipe contains the following characteristics:
1. Contains no grains, dairy, or sugar.
2. Contains at least 3 ounces of protein from a grass fed animal.
3. Contains healthy fats.
4. Contains vegetables.
5. Contain little fruit.
6. Contains a ton of flavor from herbs and spices!
Eating paleo doesn’t mean eating boring, bland food or depriving yourself. You should eat! There’s no reason to go hungry, this is not a starvation diet.
