My name is Susan and I am a Primal Fitness Coach who has been living primal and loving it. I have both an B.S. (SUNY Cortland) and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology (University at Buffalo), am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and have been working with clients to help them lose weight and get healthy for the last 13 years.
I strive every day to help my clients re-evolve and witness the benefits that the primal lifestyle has provided me.
